I was there 2 days in a row. Waited 30 minutes for a small coffee. At least 5 people working behind the counter. The head cashier or manager was very laid back not effective…just chillin’ with his homeys .The next day there were fewer workers but faster line. The workers were swearing to each other and griping in Spanish. Very unprofessional. I don’t understand why this continues to go on.

Wish I would have read reviews sooner. This is a horrible place. The young man that took my order only asked me “what do you want” and told me the total. Then called another woman over to put my donuts in a bag. Which were 3 chocolate covered bosten cream and an apple fritter. She literally threw the chocolate donuts in and the the other on top. No paper to grab then(she did put gloves on) or put between so the chocolate didn’t fall off or rub off everything. I asked her for the papers so I could do it myself as they were all upside down in the bag. I said “if you don’t like your job… you should find a new one.” Her and the young man just looked at me and started talking amongst themselves in Spanish. I looked at them and said “other people can speak Spanish you know?” and walked away! Horrible place with horrible donuts… need new management to step in and take care of this or close! So dissatisfied!

Just the slowest and most apathetic teenage workers you could find. Last time I came here I had 4 people in front of me and had to leave after waiting 15 minutes and being nervous about missing a meeting. Today I’m here again with plenty of time to waste and I’m genuinely surprised they’re as slow as they are. Just awful
