Not sure who was working this evenings shift around 6-7 PM but the service was great and food was fresh. When I was leaving I asked for extra Arby’s sauce and the woman who I asked had someone else get them for me because she didn’t want to contaminate her gloves. I was super impressed because you don’t see sanitary precautions like that enough in the food industry. Thank you all!

I paid $17 for a double beef and cheddar combo and a small mozzarella stick which is way too much, I could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and ate lunch for less than that. After I paid the cashier handed me a tiny kid sized drink. When I questioned it, she said “they changed it” and this was the size that was served with a standard combo now. When I got home I called both Arby’s in Kingsport and they both said the drink sizes hadn’t been changed. So apparently this store is trying to rip customers off. Never again.

Last few times I’ve eaten here it’s been really bad. Typical cold and stale fries, nuggets, and mozzarella sticks, that have been up for 20 minutes waiting to be sold but, even the meat tastes off. Beef and cheddar tasted old last time and tonight the brisket was even off. Arby’s…you have the meats…but those meats have expiration dates for a reason!

Made an online order and the staff was super friendly. The food wasn’t hot, but I was a little late picking it up. They were nice enough to store the milkshake I ordered in the freezer until I arrived. I live closer to the Blountville one but will go out of my way to visit this one because it’s better.

They have NO highchairs. The manager said her supervisor took them all out of the store. This is ridiculous. Families with toddlers and small kids can’t even eat here anymore. This is not right! Why are restaurants getting rid of family friendly items!!!!? Staff were friendly but I can’t get over the stupidity of not having high chairs.

Hawaii C sandwich was awful. Everything was cold and soggy except the chicken. No pickles Bun was cold and soggy. Cheese wasn’t melted. Very disappointed. For an expensive sandwich. I had been looking forward too.
