Always the same smashed sandwiches and warmish fries. Yet we continue to return for that great Arby’s taste. Can’t tell you what the environment is because the lobby is never open.

Food seemed to have been sitting for quite a while. Sandwich buns tasted a bit stale. The drive-thru operation is terrible. Took forever for a greeting at the speaker and then told me to wait. After almost 10 minutes of sitting, I finally pulled around to the window to realize that they had me wait that long so the person in front of me could be completely gone, which doesn’t make sense. I’m guessing they were making sure he made it home safely. sorry, bad joke. Anyway… I’ve stopped at a lot of different Arby locations, but I do not plan on the Dupont location again.

Only person in line. Ordered 2 double beef n cheddar sandwiches. 1 with large curly fry, other with 8 PC jalapeno poppers. Was told I had to wait on poppers. Waited almost 20 minutes for food. Both sandwiches were missing arbys sauce and cheddar. And jalapeno poppers were lukewarm at best. Didn’t put bronco sauce for poppers in bag or extra arby sauce.

I have to say the customer service was AMAZING!!!!! We stopped at the “competition” down the road for our sandwiches, but HAD TO GO TO Arby’s for the curly fries and cheese sticks!!!! I won’t name names, but Burger King just so happened to “forget” our straws and napkins………

Food was skimpy portion. My nuggets and fries tasted like they had been setting out for quite a while, very dry and lukewarm. They were out of ketchup, and the counters were dirty. We were the only people in there, so there was no reason they could not have been doing some cleaning. Won’t go back.

No more senior discounts. Had to go to McDonalds to get a reasonably priced drink. Will eat there next time.

So does someone need to have a one on one with the angry person on the back line or does this individual not care at all. We were skimped on our fries and the sandwiches look like someone puked them up and punch them. You should be ashamed that you take money from people and give them their food like this. I know your regional manager and he probably wouldn’t be okay with the state of this.

I went through the drive thru an hour or so before Google said they closed at 10:03 or 10:04 and the girl operating the drive thru said they were closed. If that’s the case please edit your times on Google.

Upon arrival we attempted to enter the lobby because we wanted to sit down and have a meal only to find it locked. The drive thru had 6 people in it so we opted for that, couldn’t take too long right? WRONG. The cars were moving but they were moving slow. About 3-5 minutes per car once they got to the speaker. Upon reaching the speaker box we were met with a request to not order right away. 4 minutes passed, we were then asked to place our order. No apology for the wait. As we pulled around to the DT window to pay we were in disbelief to discover there were no cars ahead of us at the pickup window. We were the only order they were working on. The window opened and we were met with very loud music and could hear conversations of the other employees over the music. We asked the staff working why they made each car wait to order until the car in front of them had their food. Their response was because “the timer only allowed them to take one order at a time” they also mentioned that this was a “new improvement that Arby’s is using to improve efficiency” …what?? How is that efficient? Overall time spent in DT from arrival to departure was 40 minutes, 6 people ahead of us upon arrival.
