I enjoy the atmosphere, food and drinks at this location my first visit. The waitresses Tyler and Gaby were pretty cool my couple visits. Some guy named Anthony did what he could as well on what he thought was idea to wipe dry wet stains on a table without using a cleanser, besides communication with him got a little distorted on where we could or could not sit while waiting to order. Gaby made it clear to sit whenever. Wait time was not bad at all tho. 15 minutes as she said. Yes I do tip and I did tip regardless of a little confusion and remarks from Anthony who was not our waiter.

Me and three of my girlfriends went here because I was asking them to be apart f my bridal party. Not only did we get great food but our server Erika was AMAZING!! She was so nice, and made the dinner so much fun for all of us by joking and just being genuinely fun. I’m so thankful to have had her as our server and to have gone to the Jetty. BEST DECISION EVER! The peanut butter mousse cake is like heaven!

We had the rehersal dinner for our son and his fiance at the Jetty at the Port. The setting was beautiful. Nicki and her crew were working very hard. Unfortunately, we ran out of food before all of the guests were served and satisfied. The amount of food needed was underestimated. We ordered a taco bar and the food was average at best. We took into consideration that the Jetty has just recently re-opened and that 3 extra guests showed up. However, several guests were vegetarians and we still ran out of meat at the taco bar. The price was also high for a taco bar, so we felt that, for the price, there should have been more than enough. There were many fees (room rental, bar set up, etc) that really drove the price up also, so it is important that the contract is clearly explained and guests are made aware of all of these extra costs well ahead of time. Probably the biggest disappointment was that we were given the owner’s number so that we could discuss our issues with him directly, and he has not returned our calls/messages. Following up and offering us some kind of apology and compensation would have made a big difference in our opinion. Hopefully, the Jetty will take our review as constructive criticism because it really is a beautiful setting.

We had lunch over the weekend and I had the California Chicken Salad. Delish! The atmosphere was awesome and so was the service. Thank you for a great experience!

We stopped to get a bite to eat before going out on our boat. We waited for 20 minutes to be seated at a table, although the ratio of empty tables were higher than than the occupied ones. Once seated it took forever (50 minutes) to get a plate of nachos to the table., and it was NOT the fault of the server, but completely on the kitchen.

Where do I begin with this place…We put our name in for a party of four and then told it would be a 45 min wait. Not bad right? So we went outside to the bar to get drinks in the meantime and noticed there were at least five open tables. We still weren’t too bothered yet. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri but was told it wasn’t frozen yet so I ordered a white sangria instead. The rest of our party got mixed drinks as well and they all were so watery and tasted like there was no alcohol in them. After a while, the tables outside were still open so we decided to ask about them. We were told they were seating people right now for them and would seat us ASAP. Mind you, every time we went up to ask about our table, there were other parties complaining as well for the same reason. We finished our drinks and got a second round. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri again hoping it would be frozen by now (it had been at least a half hour). I was handed a cold syrupy mess and told “it’s about 50/50” frozen. It literally tasted like thick sugar water so I asked for a hard seltzer instead. We were not given any money back for the price difference. By this point, we had been waiting over an hour so we went up to the hostess again to inquire about a table. Again we pointed out that there were several open tables, both inside and out. As for the empty tables outside, we were told that they don’t really seat people at these tables, they just leave them empty in case a large party comes in and they need to combine two tables. Again, we noted that there were several parties waiting for outside tables so this made no sense. Shortly after this second complaint, we were told that our table was miraculously ready. Once we were seated, the waitress was super nice but the food was decent at best. I ordered the seafood boil pot which was flavorless and arrived without the corn and potatoes (literally half of the ingredients). All and all, the view was great but not worth the hassle at all. Honestly you’re much better off at Marge’s or Pelican’s Nest.

First time there. Atmosphere is nice. We sat inside but very nice. Fish fry was very good, all other meals were good, 8 meals total. Regular fries left a lot to be desired, get something else. Drinks were solid. Views of the river are very good. We’ll try it again.

I wouldn’t go back. All four of us felt the same. Their bartender was so inexperienced… then once seated they served food without the appropriate accompaniments. Very inexperienced wait staff. The food itself was nothing to rave about. They were sort of ‘new’ when I was there. Maybe it was a learning curve. But over priced as well for what you receive. Hopefully they’ve improved upon it… could be nice out on the deck in the right weather I’m sure. Maybe try a drink and appetizer before committing to dinner!

Beautiful view! But the amount of rules they have at this place is ridiculous.

Food, atmosphere, view, and service have been overall great! The drinks really shine–the Port Authority is delicious. The service can be slow at times, but I expect that for a new restaurant. Don’t go if you are impatient. The staff has been nice, some more engaging than others. Obviously we like it, because we’ve been three times this month! Give it a shot.
