I hate that you must use kiosk to order your food. Waited for a member only to be told to use the kiosk. Pretty soon restaurants can avoid customer contact at all. What a shame. Customer service is dead, and we are allowing it!!

Taco Bell has really reduced the quality and quantity of what they provide while increasing the price. For example…the Burrito Supreme is now half the size it used to be with almost no lettuce and tomatoes in it. Also hardly any cheese as well. Disappointing!!

The people are kind and the place was very clean… But two bell is making the breakfast so small…. Maybe 1 tablespoon of eggs and it’s just silly. My toasted burritos and crunc wrap both come smaller than they used to

I ordered a black bean crunchwrap fresco style with potatoes and guacamole. Literally got everything EXCEPT THE BLACK BEANS. That is HALF of my meal gone. I don’t care how cheap this food is, that is an egregious mistake that robbed me of my money.

Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced. This was the 2 Gordita crunches I was given, cold and not melted…. I asked for my money back, and the manager nor anyone else knew how to do refunds. I got no apology, terrible service. The manager made 2 more and they looked just the same as the ones below. If you love spending money on cold old food, this is the location for you. The only way to get hot fresh food is when the drive thru is packed. Any other time they don’t serve fresh food. Chalupa shells are chewy like day old french bread and the meat was more of a grease party because it was so cold. I finally figured out that they don’t give receipts so you can’t participate in their survey. I was so disappointed when I got home today and too tired to go back out, I just threw everything away. Well not everything, my drink was the only thing from this order that was satisfactory.
