I really enjoyed this place. My cousin who is from NM recommend me this place. As a native New Mexican myself I was skeptical but knew I had to try it. The red Chile sauce and blue corn enchiladas were fantastic. I sat at the bar and throughly enjoyed the service and conversations with the bartender. They made sure I got extra red Chile sauce with my meal because it was spot on. I will say the green Chile sauce could need some improvement, not quite the hatch flavor I expected. The next time I’m in OKC I’m definitely stopping by for a another meal and hope to try other things on the menu.

I liked El Coyote! Can’t wait to go again and try the Green Chile Burger. I had the stacked enchiladas with pork and red sauce. It was good! The pork was amazing! We finished dinner with the chocolate cake and that was super amazing! Very soft and fluffy! The service was awesome…Corey was the best! The whole atmosphere and vibe was chill…loved it! Looking forward to coming back and hanging out on the patio on a nice evening…

Tacos and the enchiladas were delicious. Nice atmosphere outside! Only complaint would be the sopapilla dessert. Tasted very old and not worth trying. Our waitress offered to take it off the ticket but didn’t.
