Customer service was great, very friendly staff. It’s the food that is not great. Soft taco tortillas always cold, like out of a package, cheese doesn’t even melt. Chicken quesadilla is huge, except for the amount of chicken. 80 percent is just tortilla. No lettuce means no lettuce, it does not mean no tomatoes.

I mean the staff were nice. It took three different people to get my coupons in right. Staff was very apologetic. I’m pretty patient and understanding. The food was fantastic, and we were surprised. Now, I will say that when we walked in, the door slammed behind us making a horrible screeching noise. With as much money as this brand makes, you would assume they’d have doors that worked properly. In addition to that, the building smelled like spoiled milk, almost enough for us to walk out and go somewhere else. But, we toughed it out. The dining room was pretty dirty. It took us a minute to find a table that didn’t have lettuce and tomatoes strewn on it. It wasn’t very busy. I’m not sure why it was so dirty but staff did seem to be busy in the kitchen. I did watch a curly auburn haired staff talk down on the guy who was taking my order because he couldn’t get the order right, saying “It’s not that hard man”. I felt bad for the guy taking my order. Maybe it was their friendly way of joking but I felt bad for the guy. Other than that, the food was really good. It may have been that we were super hungry, too.

Still very hot inside, same as last inside visits! Watched a man walk out due to lack of service! Manager didnt seem to care! Young lady that took my order was very nice. Gentleman doing trash was courteous and helped me out door with wholotta box big thanks to him!

We stopped in on the way back from a weekend vacay and it was such a nice stop. The food was delicious. I have to add the fact the manager was awesome and all the staff there were pleasant and personable. I really wish I lived closer so i could enjoy the atmosphere here.

I used to like Taco Bueno but with their new manager I won’t be going back. He didn’t hear the order correct, so when I got the order and noticed the missing items he went to the register to ring up the missing items. And the prices our little too much the quality and quantity are just sad.I was very disappointed. Bring back the old manager
