This place is NOT what it used to be years ago. I waited so long to eat Tom’s and was so excited, and I was honestly disappointed the fries were different. The hot dogs were different (chili looked worse than dog food) definitely not going back.

I’ve seen so many flyers and billboards of this place and was eager to try it. The food wasn’t that great, it was just bland. The fries however, were good. This place could use some seasoning. Also, there was no menu available. The employees were very kind though. The prices were out of control. One person in my party ordered the same thing as myself, and was charged almost $3 more than the price I was given. The women’s bathroom door lock was broken also. Management should get that fixed ASAP. Needless to say from my review, I am very upset and won’t be coming back. I should’ve just gotten ice cream.

Definitely not what it used to be. $9.00 for 2 hot dogs and a small drink. Chili and the dog were cold. You can tell that Tom isn’t running things anymore.

The employees are super nice, but Drive thru could be a little faster. Every time I’ve been there I’ve had to wait on average 15-20mins. Overall though it’s a great place.

This is the worst BLT I have ever had in my life One tomato one tiny slither piece of lettuce the bacon is overly cooked it too crunchy to bite into for a BLT and speaking of the bacon there is only three slices of bacon on there. There’s more breading from the Texas toast then there is the filling. Oh and it looks nothing like the picture on the menu board
