$10 for a burger, fries, and a beer is a great deal! It took a little while to get our food, considering a small Monday crowd. The burgers were very good. Lots of fries, but they weren’t very warm. Beers were reasonably priced. Waitress was very nice. Will try it again.

We first ordered chips and guacamole. The chips were fresh but the Guacamole was old. They tried to cover it up by dousing it with lemon juice. My daughters ordered lemon pepper wings and they were barely flavored. I ordered a double burger (really good) with fries. Fries were so burnt no potato was left to mush. Just crisp. Dr. Pepper was flat.

Wonderful food, horrible service. I have been to this location before with no problems. This time, I parked in front of the building in an unmarked spot to wait for them to open, and quickly noticed that there was a lady waiting to park where I was, even though I had just parked there. In doing so, she was stopped illegally in the turning lane for more than two green light cycles, impeding traffic. Finally, she got the hint I wasn’t moving and drove around me slowly, giving me a nasty glare as if she was upset the world doesn’t revolve around her and I didn’t move just because she wanted that spot. Shortly after, an employee came out and told me I had to move because I was in the owner’s parking spot. Seriously, lady, if you want that spot so bad you are willing to glare at your own customers, put a sign up saying that spot is reserved. Needless to say, I got lunch elsewhere.

Easily the worst service I’ve had in years. Saturday at 12:30 and the place is empty. We are literally the only patrons in the place besides two guys at the bar drinking. Now I know why. This place is TERRIBLE. The service and the food belong on kitchen nightmares. Our drinks were empty 90% of the time we were there and I mean not a single refill. They won’t be here in 6 months.

This was my second visit to Chelsey’s and the California Burger and french fries were excellent. I love consistency in both food preparation and service. To top off the meal the home made cheesecake was awesome. I was offered chocolate, cherry, and strawberry toppings but as a cheesecake purist I opted for none and it was delicious. Parking was easy at North Main and 8th Streets in Downtown Pueblo. I arrived at 11:30 a.m. just before lunch and when I left at about 12:30 p.m. the restaurant was getting lots of customers. It’s great to see our local restaurants on the rebound. This corner has seen lots of different restaurants over the past several years so I hope Chelsey’s stays around for quite a few more. I look forward to my third visit. GH

I would’ve liked the place to be lighted up some. The floor was black, sticky. I would’ve liked to seen the floor sanded to its original surface. To make it more inviting. No complaints of the food.

Asked for no onion because I’m allergic. So they put onion on it. I’m picked it off cause I’m in the hospital with a broken leg and had someone pick this up for me and I’m STARVING. Salad was mostly bad soggy lettuce. Asking for extra ranch is a hassle. Just avoid the salad? Or this place all together if you’re hungry.
