Okay to start off what is up with the manager Cory. First we are received by a sweet lady in the first window all good. Then bam we get our food and one of our sundae we’re looking a little plain even though it had fudge and caramel it was only one that I asked for them to add a small amount more of caramel. I didn’t think they were gonna charge me a dollar I mean I didn’t mind paying it but the way Cory handled it was un called for. And for him to say out loud and I quote “ I don’t care just give it to them”. And he made another comment that I didn’t get to hear but for him to be a manager he seems a little unprofessional. If you were having a bad night I do hope it gets better. Remember it’s not good to be like that.

Oh this place takes the cake of TERRIBLE service! If the staff isn’t ignoring you and your order for well over 30 min they’re literally being as rude as possible and picking fights with customers. The big fat excuse of a human being manager can literally get hit by a city bus. And her hoodlum employees can follow in line, it’d be the best thing for the location. When I asked for the GM or owners number so I could report the terrible service and rudeness of the manager she smiled at me and said she don’t share that information and walked away like the slob she is. As of mc Donald’s isn’t already the pinnacle of terrible food they go and top it with this. The staff member literally picked a fight with me then threatened to call the cops. I hope this location gets bulldozed and all the employees remain jobless for the rest of their lives.
