I did online order and went for 4 pc chicken combo extra crispy but I got the original instead. The taste was very bland, no salt and spice. Definitely not ordering from this kfc ever again.

Oh dear our delivered variety bucket of 12 pieces was all dark and 11 pieces. All of them were tiny. I called up and after some back-and-forth the manager seemed genuinely keen to fix the problem. Our compromise was going and picking up some replacement chicken. we stressed we didn’t need a whole bucket just a few pieces. when we got those home they were brittle, dry and had a funky aftertaste. Message received. Photo of Size ratio to the little cleanup wipe. The whole bucket was like that. It was about $25 or more. BS.

As KFCs go, this is a very good one. If you want KFC I recommend this place. The spicy chicken sandwiches good except that I wish the chicken itself had a little more of those herbs and spices. Without the spicy sauce it tends to be a little bland. The only downside I have is not with this place but with KFC in general as they have gotten rid of any green sides like the green beans. Everything is just starchy sides which is not good if you are carb conscious. I liked their green beans and would love to see them bring those back.

3 piece box; the food itself was very good(extra crispy chicken, fried, biscuit and slaw) but their tea was either old or something. They may have been short staffed since tables looked like they needed a little cleaning

Drove 8 miles out the way to come here (SMH) I tried to place an order through the drive thru but was greeted you have to come inside um excuse me? if I wanted to do that then I would have came inside! A nice sign would have been better than the rude delivery!! Do better!
