Ordered the Pong Pong special chicken via delivery. The food arrived FRESH, hot and in a hurry! Was very pleased with the Large portions of rice and chicken(was almost bursting out of the containers. We also had an order of the crab puffs, that were AMAZING! A very reasonable price considering the portions and quality. We will definitely be ordering here again!

I ordered couple months ago for my kids and I, lots of different choices, we all enjoyed it. Mostly the fried rice. I was impressed that they delivered so quickly. Ordered again last month and food was questionable. This time I picked it up. Meat looked questionable. While in there I noticed only 2 cooks in the whole place. Maybe they were shorthanded?

I ordered the Mongolian Beef, with crab puffs and an egg roll. Bad mistake, this place was terrible. What I received did certainly not look, smell or taste like beef. The egg roll was soggy with stale ingredients, and the crab puffs were overcooked and had little “puff”.

Have ordered take out from here previously andvall was good. This time it was horrible. The egg rolls were mushy and very bland. The crab rangoon was not fresh vbut hard and you had to look real hard to find any cream cheese. I ordered the garlic chicken and it was so flavorless. Didnt even taste any garlic or any spices and it had a long curly hair in it as well. Disgusting, bland and grose. Not sure if we willl order from there again. Tried to call and complain but nobody answered. I will call them tomorrow and see how they take responsibility for their bad bad food and see if they plan on making it good or not. Dont like our money wasted on that trash.

Extremely disappointed with my takeout order for 7 different entrees for a family gathering. Each “to-go” box was filled mostly with rice and the actual entree portion was surprisingly small considering the price. The vegetables, especially the brocolli was overcooked and limp. Flavors were mediocre at best. Definitely will not bother going back for dine in or take out.

Excellent food! This was our first time having Pong Pong and we were very impressed with the quality of the food. Lemon chicken, Kung Pao, and the egg rolls were so tasty! The Egg Drop soup was the best I have had too.

I went in to get something and again, the flavor was terrible, very watered down, and the wrong noodles were added I also noticed that the place is really looking run down. The ceiling is filthy, and water spots like where the roof has leaked. The stuff that they have hanging on the wall for decoration is run down Just standing there looking around I don’t know how this place stays in business anymore Just a sad day.
