Order taker was new and had a few issues getting correct order into register. Needed to call for help a couple of times, not a big deal for us, but they could have left a more experienced worker to help at the register to decrease length of order time. Our food tasted good even though it sat on the kitchen window for a couple of minutes before food and blizzard (also sat at blizzard window for a couple of minutes) was given to us. A few small glitches for them to fix and would receive higher rating.

Came through the DT around 5:15 on a Sunday. Ordered ONLY a oreo Blizzard and found peanuts mixed in it as well as oreos. Thanks god i’m not allergic to peanuts but very disappointed that ordering 1 thing they still mess it up.

I ordered an Oreo Brookie blizzard in drive thru and got the regular oreo blizzard. It is night time and raining and the girl did not give me a lid when I tried to ask for one she had shut the window and walked away. Very rude. Teach your young workers how to be courteous to the customer
