I was just served these two glasses of “sweet tea” through the drive through at 7:45 pm. As you can see….. it looks like slightly brown colored water, it has no flavor, no sugar and apparently very little actual tea. Very disappointing to pay $7.00 for colored water.

On Friday 8/18/23 at 4.30pm I ordered an iced latte and a croissant, because they didn’t have donuts or donut holes (This store close at 10pm). I was given a medium cup of ide water with 3 shots of coconut flavor and an ice cold croissant. I paid $7.11 for this garbage, I didn’t come back to store, because I was over 200 miles from my house and all I wanted to do is throw this at the person’s face, this was an insult. If they are close, there were plenty of opportunities for the worker to say so; I would have leave. Serving this is unnecessary, if they 2 people inside didn’t want to work, don’t get a job.

I walked into this location, an employee was moping the floor. I walked in with 2 other ladies behind me. Went to the restroom for a moment. I noticed that the 2 ladies that came behind me was gone already didn’t dawn on me at that time that they left for the same reasons I did. I stood at the counter for almost 10 min without anyone recognizing me. One lady who could have been in charge came up stood in front on me rung in a register looked me in my face , didn’t speak or acknowledge me in any kid of way. Thinking she’s gone come back, she didn’t so I say to the employee moping, I’ve been in this store for 10 min no one had even greeted me. You saw me when I came in and have seen me standing here. She threw the mop down and came to take my order with a major attitude, like I done something wrong. I left and drove 15 min away to another location got excellent service.

The service here is so rude. There were barely any people in the store and it still took me 10 minutes to be seen. When I was seen I was greeted with absolute distain and rudeness. As someone who works in customer service I understand the aggravation and tension, so I greeted the cashier with a smile and a good attitude. She was still incredibly rude, had the worst attitude, and tossed my food on the table like it was nothing. You can’t have people waiting and then greet them with absolute terrible customer service. Wish I could give negative 100 but I can’t this Dunkin’ is horrible I was just there stated I wanted 4 donuts because usually they want you to tell them how many your getting well some lady not sure her name but she sounds awful she was very rude to me and thought it was so funny that I asked for 4 donuts and was proceeding to say what donuts I wanted. So left and took my business to Starbucks way better customer service!!

Love Dunkin but wish the franchise owners at this specific location would not train new employees at 7:30am on a work day. It makes it very hard for people to wait 25/30 minutes to get a coffee. Training should be done on days and during times where the crowds are not this way, especially during rush hour times. Poor decision by management to throw their new employees to the wolves with almost no help. Line stacks up and makes me not want to give it a chance when I’m in a rush. Who has that long to wait for coffee? Worst part is after waiting that long, we get our coffees, drive away and notice the new girl is only putting one single pump of flavor into everyone’s coffee. So I waited 30 minutes for a coffee I could’ve made at home. It’s obvious that the management here are not worried about training their employees and it shows. This was the last straw for me, I’m giving up on this location. ♂️

This is the worst Dunkin’ location I have ever been to. There line is so incredibly long and slow each time I’ve gone here and it’s always a hit or miss on if they will actually make my coffee right! Ordered doordash from this location yesterday ordered four donuts did not receive any ordered door dash today ordered four donuts again only received one and then they refunded the money but not the tip so if I want re order I have to pay the tip again!! This location sucks!!!
