I don’t normally complain publicly, but my last 2 visits to this Chipotle specifically have been very disappointing. The first time, I was handed someone else’s order, and the gentleman who handed it to me had ripped the name off of the bag. This time was my last time visiting this Chipotle. I ordered on the app, and wanted to pick it up through the Chipotlane. I waited nearly 10 minutes before deciding to just go inside and grab my food there. I understand it gets busy so I didn’t mind going inside. But when I was handed my food, it felt EXTREMELY light. Almost like they just threw a tortilla in there and called it good. When I opened the tin foil it was what I would describe as less than half of what a usual burrito is. A table spoon of rice, beans, maybe a handful of steak, and that’s it. I attempted to get a refund through the app and it was not resolved. This is the last time I’ll be going to this chipotle.

I ordered a salad. They did not have vegetables. I got to the end of the line and asked for salad dressing and they said that they did not have any. I said, why would I order a salad if there is no dressing. They said “most people ask for the dressing up front”, as if it were my fault. They were not happy when I said I did not want the salad. The person at the cash register told me that they are short staffed, so they opened late today and that is probably why there is no dressing. I am a customer, do you really think I care why you cant do your job? The service is incredibly slow. I also had a three pointer burrito (rice, beans cheese) but was charged the $7.85 for a veggie burrito. When I asked for more cheese after she put a small amount on, she asked, “well, is this enough” without adding any more. This is a newer restaurant, but I suggest you close it until you get good staff and train them properly, because I will not be going to ANY Chipotle ever again after this experience.

Leaving this review as a former restaurant manager (not for chipotle). I’ve been coming to this Chipotle store for the past couple months as of April May 2023, it always seems to be the same crew of youngsters who I believe are doing great work, while maybe still learning the ropes, I’d hire these guys any day. Got the fattest burrito I’ve ever gotten from a Chipotle in the past decade, from this spot today. It’s not consistent yet, but it’s Chipotle, this place is better than the sub 3star it currently is today. They really treat good customers right, which is why I give 5 stars. The customer isn’t always right ♂️

I love Chipotle and is my go to when traveling around with with son to his baseball game. This place was easy to get to. Service is good, typical Chipotle service. Food was good too and it was well prepared and not overly seasoned. I got my typical which was Chicken Salad with brown rice, black beans, fajitas, medium salsa, lettuce, and dressing. Can’t complain. This location rocks!

So, food is really good here. Some places are too salty, but this was just right! I love the chips and guacamole, but who doesn’t? The service could have been better. A little monotone for my taste, but I got her to smile. Good food, clean establishment, and good location. I’ll be back here again for sure.

Every time I go to this chipotle I have a problem or a bad experience. One time I went and got a chicken bowl. When I got home there was no chicken in my chicken bowl and was charged for it. Another time I was charged for guacamole when I never got any. Another time their system was down and was told I was not able to purchase my bowl. They never serve right and the co-workers are rude. Definitely don’t recommend going and will never go there again.

This Chipotle ALWAYS mixes up the lids and/or mobile order bags. Last time, I got my burrito bowl with the correct name and order info but the inside was NOT what I ordered at all. This time, the mobile order bag said my name but the inside had someone else’s name on the burrito bowl. I’m so fed up. Won’t be returning to this location again.
