Love coming to this Beau Jo’s. Personally I think the food is better than the other locations. Stopped in after a weekend of camping and had the dogs. The wait time with or without the dogs was about an hour. You must find off street parking as the downtown street is all blocked off.

Busy, good, friendly hosts and waitstaff! There’s an automated waitlist check in when you arrive so that is convenient. We only waited about 5 minutes before we were seated at our table. We were seated right by the bus station so not the greatest, even though other tables were open, and were not asked if we had a preference to seating outside. Restaurant is definitely gritty but that’s kind of part of the environment. Waitress greeted us quickly for drink orders while we contemplated our pizza orders. Pizza came out fairly quickly and was delicious as always! Waitress was attentive and checked in with us to see if we needed anything, and came with the check as soon as we asked. Always a great place to go after a long hike!

Visiting from Texas & had never heard of Colorado style pizza…boy we are missing out!!! The pizza was delicious! Toppings & sauce/seasoning were great & the crust was fluffy & yummy. The best part was using the honey on the table & drizzling over the crust for a sweet dessert!

Over all the experience was good, so I will give them five stars. The mountain pie pizza concept I had to try once but I don’t get it. The crust is thick and people put honey on it, but it really just seems like a day old piece of crusty bread and you put honey on it to make it better.

What an experience. Well decorated with interesting old newspapers and trade contracts. Very western and matches the decor of the town. Staff was happy, friendly, and helpful. Waitress recommended a key west lemonade and it was light and delicious but also packed a punch. Pizza was great. The cheese was incredible. The thick crust was perfect dipped in honey to end the meal.

Wait was long but worth it! The garlic cheese bread was delicious, there wasn’t a lot of marinara given, but just barely enough for all pieces. The mountain pies were delicious as always, and would definitely suggest using the honey on the crust for that added flavor.

Absolutely the most amazing pizza ever! Their Colorado-Style Pizza is the best. They have honey on the table that you can put on your crust after eat the delicious pizza, and I highly recommend it! It reminds me sorta of like the sopaipillas from Poncho’s back in the day. Love love this place.

Busy and loud, but awesome to see the original Beaujo’s, as a Coloradoan who’s been to the Fort Collins, Arvada, and former Denver locations.

The service was good but the hostess’s attitude was terrible. Very rude when she sat us at our table. Slapped the menus on the table and walked away without another word . Maybe she had a bad day. Who knows? Luckily our server was much nicer and helpful. The food was pretty food was good. I highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms (I could seriously eat an entire order to myself), spinach artichoke dip, cranberry walnut salad and the motherlode pizza. Enjoy!
