I really like the baristas here. They’re very friendly and always make consistently great coffee. This Starbucks doesn’t have all the features of the stand alone stores, but it’s worth it to be able to get coffee while I grocery shop.

Worse location in kc area. Corporate office needs to close this location. Have tried different times, even stopped in months between visits, still aweful. Staff untrained, regarding what products they can offer, even one time, couldn’t even print a receipt. Last drink was made incorrectly: this is so disappointing, customers pay good money for these products……….

Ask for a cold brew coffee with no ice gotta coffee with ice ask for a remake guy at the counter said no he was just gonna take the ice out sorry I don’t want water down coffee ask for refund guys as I have to talk to customer service I asked to talk to his manager he went and got a non manager employee she managed to issue my refund without making me go and deal with customer service by myself however I did not ask for random employee I asked for a manager I did not ask him to take out the ice I asked for remake I did not ask for water down coffee I asked for no ice I will not be back to this location

Best customer service out of all the Starbucks. Keyla is the best at making my drinks and she knows exactly what I want every time I go in. I love how she leaves little comments on my brownie bag and it makes my day. She deserves a raise for all her hard work. Very nice place and it’s always clean.

Absolutely the worst starbucks in the Kansas City area. Untrained staff, poor customer service. The two girls working there should be fired immediately. I go to starbucks daily and only stop by this one because they are close to where I work but I refuse to go to this one anymore and waist my hard earned money. They couldn’t get off their phones long enough to make a drink right to save their lives. Disappointed and will never be back.
