I went in through the lobby to get a coffee. I waited for almost 15 or so minutes before asking how much longer… One of the curly blonde employees with glasses was really rude to me the whole time and made me feel less than human. Some people just really shouldn’t work in customer service! Overall though the other employees were very nice and cheerful and my drink was good!

Awful service!!! A line around the corner and inside with no customer service period! I waited 20 minutes for an ice tea. When I finally got the gals attention from the counter after standing there for 5 minutes In acknowledged I finally asked when my ice tea would be ready and she told me it has the be brewed. I was in a hurry and had no communication saying it would take a moment to make. I told her that I had been waiting for over 20 minutes and she just went back to making drinks very slowly. Will not be coming back to this location. Terrible

We waites in line for like 20 mins . The girl didn’t understand our order. Then, we had to substitute the oat milk for 2% in the Apple crisp frap. The lady was nice enough to comp 1 for the wait, but the drink was absolutely terrible. I do not recommend it. Also, EVERY time I have come to starbucks, particularly this location, they are ALWAYS out of the main ingredient for their specialty drinks. Not worth it today. Hopefully it was just a bad not and wrong timing

Literally the slowest meanest Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my entire life. If they mess up your drink, they’re terrible absolutely terrible to you, the management is garbage. The place is covered in spilled drinks, the line in the drive thru and inside is 30 min long no matter how short the line is. I cannot believe how bad Starbucks has gotten in customer care.

Worst drive-thru experience of my life. Sat for 46 minutes in the drive-thru. Iced coffee was melted and watery. With good management, this place could be turned around. There’s a ton of people in uniform, but no one is working. The customer is the least of their priorities. I won’t be back to this location, ever.

Online order was not ready on time (order was 12 min late). There were 3 employees out of five restocking and the other two baristas were focused on the drive thru customers with three customers waiting inside for their orders.Would not recommend this Starbucks.

Working out here from out of state. Stopping by here is a routine before I go into work. Not one employee moving with a sense of purpose. Compared to other starbucks you are in and out. Here I have to set aside 15min before I go into work just for a damn coffee. This will be my last trip to this Starbucks. Worst one I have ever been to.

Hands down the worst starbucks in the United States, and I was holding out hope that it would get better after this summer’s renovations. They’re always slow even when they aren’t busy. They have allowed me to order items they don’t have in stock multiple times, and then instead of refunding me or otherwise compensating me, they just apologize emptily and go back to doing what they were doing.
