This is such a good, comfortable place to dine. The food is delicious — fresh, tasty and plentiful. Nothing fancy here, just a great place to eat excellent food for a very fair price. First-rate service tops it off. Try them, you won’t regret it. I’d give them 5 stars, but I figure I better save one for the Penrose Room.

A restaurant should never have out of order restrooms… Food is average , the cost of the food is way over priced.. we paid $57 for two beef entree which has three skewers of beef..(less than 6 ounces.) and a ball of white rice. They use onion rings as a garnish? Restaurant is very much in need of a face lift… if you’re handicapped forget about this location restrooms are inaccessible. Really surprised this please even remains open.

The yakatori chicken skewers dinner is the only thing we ever order because it’s so good and filling. Comes with rice and salad and a giant onion ring( the best part) we also always get extra yakatori sauce! Great family owned restaurant!!

I have been going for years. The food is great. I ordered lunch and the onion rings appetizer. It is dipped in a tempura coating and is very light tasting. I also ordered the teriyaki chicken and shrimp lunch special. It comes with steam rice, cole slaw and a small soup. Love it.
