How have we not been here before?! It was SO good and the price was unbeatable! It’s next to the Cold Springs Market so that’s a bit confusing but just go. It’s really good food and they are super nice, too. Beautiful outdoor space to eat in.

Off the beaten path you’ll come across a little market with a small Indian restaurant attached in the middle of rural El Dorado County. The food is excellent. The service and family running it are great. The ambiance might not be what you’re used to or would expect at a restaurant, but I’m a fan of different and unusual. The outdoor dining is pleasant and the food is incredible. Definitely will be returning and would recommend.

The food was absolutely delicious, but a bit overpriced. Hardly any chicken in the Butter Chicken & Chicken Tikka Masala, but the sauce is outstanding. Recommend adding chicken at home.

Small family run hole in the wall. The food was mild and about average for Indian. The portion size was a bit small but the presentation was good. Each dish had a side of rice so the price seemed fair. Seating is mostly outside patio.

If you are craving Indian food then you must visit Spice Kitchen. Delicious food and great service. We had naan, butter chicken, dal makhani and tandoori chicken and all were incredible. Will definitely be going back.

Food is really yummy, in the beginning they had regular size portions for “Bay Area prices” but unfortunately the portion sizes became smaller and smaller. Quality is there but it’s a bit overpriced.

Spice Kitchen Indian Food at the Cold Springs Food Mart is the best! Excellent food served quickly. The Naan bread, Chicken and Veggies are delicious. I ordered the Tiki Chicken Roll. It was excellent. They have a nice seating area in back that is covered for rain or shine dining. Great place to get a quick lunch or relax and eat in a nice atmosphere. I will definitely be stopping here a lot more.

Five stars for the food, it was very flavorful. We had chicken Tikka masala, butter chicken, and garlic naan. I realize everything is rising in price, but $16-17 for half a chicken breast in sauce is steep (it would be better to spend less on the cream (deliciously creamy) and give more chicken), so is $3 for one naan bread that you are purchasing without indoor seating. Yes, the entree includes rice which was nice.
