The best Vietnamese place you’ll find! The food and drinks are nothing but exceptional. Every dish I’ve tried is outstanding, super fresh and that on a consistent basis. The restaurant is always very clean and the staff is very friendly. You literally don’t want to leave and just keep eating and drinking boba tea. If you’re looking for the best of the best, this is it!

Authentic Vietnamese food and they specialize in Banh Mi and Boba or Bubble teas. Simply amazing. Semi- self-service and very pretty ambiance and super clean. In celebration of the upcoming Lunar New Year, they gave a free and token prize from their gift tree. We loved it all and food was superlative

We stopped here as we were passing through on the way to Miami and the milk tea was actually pretty good! We don’t have decent milk tea anywhere in Tampa so this was a great find for us. My only suggestion would be to trash the planet oat and swap to something better that doesn’t make the milk teas taste watered. It’s a bit of a bummer spending $8 on a drink that tastes watered down due to a junky product. It was made well just needs a better alternative. Chobani extra creamy is a far better product and will elevate your milk tea!

This restaurant lives up to the attention it deserves. The food was tasty. However, the MSG was heavy. It’s hard to find a commercial Vietnamese restaurant that doesn’t heavily rely on MSG to bring out the flavor in their products so that’s no surprise there. The beef was definitely top notch though! I had the “Bo Kho” rice noodles with beef soup. The boba tea could have used less sugar as it was saturated enough to leave a small concentration of sugar granulates.
