They are terrible. Ordering ahead or at the speaker…. they had 5 cars already parked at a time when they parked me. Then food runner comes out and doesn’t know what order goes where.. I had 20 minutes to get food when I arrived and now I’m going to be late for work. A food runner has come up to me asking me about 2 different orders that weren’t mine. Get it together.

They will almost always ask you to pull to the side parking even when there are no other cars behind you in the drive thru. The service is super slow and I’m not sure if they hire employees with learning disabilities but it is hard for them to remember that you have asked for sauces.

I forgot to order my drink so when I got to the second window I asked the gentleman if I can buy a large drink. He ignored me and walked away. Then the heavy set manager came to the window and when I asked her she said no you need to go around. When your job is customer service that’s what you should do. It takes less than 15 seconds to fill a drink and that was too much to ask of the manager.

When my girlfriend and I went to pay for our food after ordering from one of the self service kiosk we paid with a solid couple of dollars over with exact change. The cashier at the time said we were short some change. When my girlfriend and I both double counted the money. Then they gave us attitude after I called them out on trying to give us the wrong change, then when that cashier brought us our food and asked my girlfriend if we needed straws for our drinks they threw the straws in the table.

I ordered a quarter pounder burger with no pickles add mayo and ended up getting a bacon quarter pound burger with no pickles but it had lettuce and tomatoes on it and didn’t have the mayo. Besides that everything else was amazing.

Every single time we use the drive thru our order is wrong. Doesn’t matter the time of day, it can be busy or quiet, they ALWAYS forget items. You have to double check everything, park, then go inside to get your missing order. They also make you pull up or park to finish your order and it’s still wrong. Order anything outside of a ‘meal’ and it will be wrong. We’re not customizing or asking for anything special. Three fries, seems easy enough, two show up in the bag. This store cannot handle the two ordering lines whatsoever.
