Finally they’re open. I’ve waited so long. We’ll it’s a soft opening for training. I was lucky to get a free single char combo. The food at The Habit is always delicious and today was no exception. They were busy but service was very fast. Everyone was great. The parking lot is small. Drive thru might get tough at peak hours. This will be a big hit for the Tustin Tillers.

My sister and I both got a Santa Barbra Cobb salad and they were so good. Clean dining area & the ladies at the counter were very nice. I’m looking forward to going back and trying the other salads!

3 occasions in a row they’ve screwed the order. First a burger was missing from the drive thru, next time 2 orders of sweet potato fries, today the burger order was all wrong and the girl behind the counter just scowled and offered to put things in it. Disgusted I told her I’d take a new on that’s not handled by 10 people. Own your mistakes kid. Never coming back and unless you enjoy being robbed I suggest you avoid this poorly managed location.

We eat here about 2-3 a week, my order is a simple Caesar salad with extra Caesar dressing. This location consistently gets my order wrong or misses simple items like utensils to eat the salad or forgetting the extra caesar dressing. Im about done with the habit all together. Just please do the basics right, make sure the customer gets what they ask for before you hand them the order. This is the 4-5 time of messing up in the last few months. Please do better.

I have to say I enjoy eating at The Habit, but this store like the Arby’s before it, is mediocre. I don’t understand why it’s so different from the other Habit’s, it’s a new location. Food at this location doesn’t taste seasoned and the fries taste like they haven’t changed the oil in months. It’s only a matter of time until they shutter their doors as well. The wait is also ridiculous, I don’t mind waiting, but not for under seasoned, sloppily put together, bland char cheeseburgers and cold fries. On top of getting a mystery bag of food the cashier’s expect a tip. I tip for good service and good food. I wouldn’t call waiting for almost 30min after putting in an order good service and going home to mid burgers and fries good food. The jack in the box across the street is better and their food probably comes frozen in bags. It’s probably terrible for you, but you know what you’re getting and as long as it’s hot it’s going to taste the same every time. Expectations are met. If you’re going to have meh food at least have better cashier’s who fake like they like their job. Is a hello and a repeat of your order so hard. How about a thank you for waiting would you like some condiments with your order.

its weirdly frustrating getting this place to give you more than just one ranch, which they should since they’re tiny and less than half filled every time. i have asked for “a couple,” “a few,” and am now asking for specific numbers but almost every time they only give me one. just keep the fries at that point, too

I wanted to try this place out since I hear their food and service is great. And it was! I tried the teriyaki burger with the teriyaki sauce on the side. It was good, it had pineapple which was different. The fries are good too! They have a table for your condiments like ketchup, yellow chili peppers, jalapenos, A1 sauce etc. The place was nice and clean. Service was great too! They have shakes too, which I’m definitely coming back 🙂

At 9:00pm, we waited in the drive through for 25 minutes! We were stuck between the cars in front of us and cars behind us and felt frustrated. There seemed to be plenty of staff inside when we finally got our food.

Habit is a decent but this location is the worst. The last time I went they got our order wrong on the drive though, so I had to drive all the way back there to have them fix it. They gave me a new order but there was a hair in the burger this time… so now I’m never going back.
