This location seems to constantly change, but I truly hope this place stays for good. I recommend getting the Large orders of pulled pork fries with Cole slaw on the side. It’s worth the extra buck compared to the regular. This place is very generous with it’s portions and gave us so much it was oozing out of the top lid. The fries were crispy and we’re seasoned well. I hate places that use poor quality fries and I was glad this placed didn’t cheap out where it counts. Honesty, one large portion is enough for two people and we could not finish our meals. I separated the pork from the fries and reheated them separately and they tasted great the next day as well. My wife got the parmesan garlic sauced fries and it was good two. They minced up the chicken bites into tiny pieces and I’d prefer they leave them in bigger pieces next time. The flavor of the chicken was great too. The servers were super friendly and were really patient with us as we scanned their large array of floors and options. Definitely, going back again for more. Do yourself a favor and meet me there.

It’s been a few months since I ordered from here, and this will definitely be my last. Your quality has obviously dropped drastically. Multiple wings still covered in feathers, this is disgusting. Wash/clean your product before serving to customers. Never ordering from this place again.

fter seeing the reviews and this happening a 3rd time i can say it was my fault for keep trying to give them a chance but come on now. I’ve worked at epic wings in Escondido; I’ve had to make orders for Uber eats as well and there’s no way they don’t see my notes and they’re aren’t doing this on purpose. I ask for No chipotle, not once BUT TWO TIMES and they still put some on the fries! I would always make sure to read the Uber eats notes and not mess up someone’s order. Ive most back to San Diego and been craving buffalo fries but there’s not a close epic wings that I can order thru Uber eats and decided to give wings factory a try. I’ve contacted Uber eats but also wanted to contact them cus they need to be aware. Turns out their manager isn’t even in, said he’ll be around 3-4, let’s see if they actually call me back if not I’ll be calling in again. This is honestly my last time I’ll be ordering from there. I don’t have any complains to the girl that answered the phone she seemed nice. Wings factory do better! I would give zero stars if I could

The ribs were very good. The chicken wings good but needed more sauce. The fries had no salt. The side of coleslaw was very small amount in a big container. I ordered by calling in because last time the order was wrong when I picked it up. Also the prices are different from the online menu. Prices have been raised. Customer service was ok.
