We had a fantastic experience at this location tonight! The gentleman at the front did an exceptional job, and we enjoyed our late dinner. I was craving wings, and my darling picked out the mango habanero wings, which were the best I’ve ever tasted! 100/100 for sure! I’m glad I got them this time because I heard great things about their wings, so they lived up to their expectations and tasted even better than Wingstop.

They canceled my order… BUT still charged me for it. Said weather wasn’t safe to deliver it. I drove (miraculously I guess?) the 3 blocks to pick up my order without issue. They were trying to lock up early… least pizza was hot.

After multiple issues, From Unappetizing Food, Late Deliveries etc. to now a delivery cancellation due to this location not having driver’s. I will no longer be ordering from this location. This location has made error after error, and unfortunately they have lost a huge domino’s fan. I used to work for dominos and this would have been completely unacceptable by my franchise owner. People would have been fired… I’m sure I’m not the only one having issues from this store. Regardless if they fix their problems, I will not be comfortable with giving another chance. They had their chances, they blew it…

Until today, my wife and I have been frequent Dominoes customers. Typically we order online and pay with a card. Today we were low on money in the bank so decided to use all our quarters to get pizza as we were hungry. This location in Athens straight up wasted the food and turned us away saying “we aren’t going to count that money”. I get it, $33 in quarters is a lot, even if we did have it all pre counted and ready. But man this generation is lazy. I’m 34 and not all that long ago I worked retail and had to count change just like this regularly. It IS still legal tender and technically you cannot refuse it. It is just a part of your job, deal with it. Nowhere was there even a notice posted about change or anything. Just lazy staff. We have both sworn off dominos for good. At any location. It’s a shame what lazy employees can do to a business. If we were dining in at an expensive restaurant, that would be different. But man, this is Dominoes. This type of thing IS your customer demographic. We were able to go down the road to another restaurant that took our legal money without complaint and even had great customer service. I’ll give THEM a good review.

Not once but twice we have had a bad experience with the curbside pick up. The first time I’ll admit my fault. But the man was rude about it. The second time. My husband wanted to pick up something quick. We ordered the pizza 20 min before he would be there to pick it up and after arriving he still waited another 30+min. We won’t be ordering from here again.

We ordered from this location and they were absolutely the best dominos I have encountered in a long time! We were in from out of town and had a very large order. They were fast and very helpful

I ordered online. It said 25-30 minutes. Got there in 15. Only one girl there. The tracker said Benjamin was preparing. Someone I guess Benjamin got there after I did. The phone ringing off the wall. No one answering it. No pizzas made. Several people waiting. I was told 25-30 minutes more. I cancelled and ordered from Pizza Hut. Will not be ordering again

Called Domino’s to order a couple of pizzas. After wasting a bunch of time talking to their computer I hung up.

Had a bad experience last time I ordered. I almost decided not to go back. But Brian and his crew made it right. This time the pizza was good and the service was top notch. Kudos to Brian!

Hi I placed an order for a free pizza when the restaurant was about to close in 10 minutes without knowing. the employee that was holding down the fort went out of his way to make sure I got my pizza even if it meant staying a couple minutes late.
