This place has helped me make a lot of healthy changes in my life! Love the atmosphere! I’ve been going here for over a year and I basically belly up at the bar and hang out while getting my nutrition on. I sit back and watch the owner build great relationships with all her customers. She knows what they’re going to order before they order. She knows the regulars favorites and makes them surprises knowing what they love. It’s become a family place there. LOVE goal getter nutrition!
