Cool, different place for the NW. Interesting concept and the food is good. Quick service as long as they have the food ready, which they did. You come in, decide if you want the sweet potato noodles (YES, SWEET POTATO NOODLES!!!), add rice and cabbage and yeah it’s good, pick your protein, or don’t and get your drink. Friendly and easy. Oh you can add a spice level for the sauce, which is tasty, too. Come in and try it. Like i said, nice change of taste!!

First time visit and it didn’t disappoint. Las Vegas’ newest location is great, clean, and very friendly. Since I’ve never been to a Cupbop before they were very good about explaining the menu and helping me decide. Unfortunately, I’m a wimp when it comes to spice so the pork I ordered was a bit too spicy for me and the owner/manager noticed I was having a hard time and offered to make a new bowl. The second one was beef, it was wonderful. Both had great flavor. The ratio of rice, noodles, veggies, and protein is perfect. Thank you Cupbop, we’ll definitely be back.

We were SO excited to have a cupbop in the area. We have been during the day when the service was beyond excellent and the food as well. We have been more towards the evening as well, and no rice orders had rice, and service is listening to the younger employees mess around and lean on counters. We’ll be back because we love the food and have had lovely service as well…We’ll probably time it for the day though and would recommend the same!

Super-friendly service, and great food! Korean BBQ in a cup, just select your protein (and there are lots to choose from) and your spice level, and everything else is handled for you, rice, noodles, cabbage slaw, sauces. I tried the BBQ chicken spice level 8, and it was fantastic! I will probably try level 9 or 10 next time, as it just wasn’t quite hot enough for me, (I’m a bit of a chili-head). My wife had the pork, spice level 1, and it was a bit spicy for her, I guess the pork itself is spicy. So we were helped out and she got the chicken, with no spice at all, and she was very very happy. Service is exceptional, the dining room is clean. Highly recommended!

Yummy ! Glad there is a location on this side of town. We came around 2pm and it was empty. The lady at the counter had the best positive attitude and recommended us the fried chicken ! My mom got the chicken and I got the beef. They have a wide number of sauces you can choose depending on the spice level. They also have gluten free options. I thought the bowls would be smaller, however the bowls themselves are a great portion especially for the price ($11) ! The noodles were nice and soft and the meat was flavorful. If you wanted even more flavor you could just get more sauce on top. Will definitely be back to try more.
