My recent pizza from the N.Ridgeville Dominos was awful. It tasted bad, was dried out, hardly any sauce when I asked for extra sauce, and was not kept warm. On top of that, it was over priced for what it was. Dominos is not my pizza stop anymore. I have had gas station and frozen pizza which was far better than this.

Placed an online order an hour prior to expecting delivery. Within minutes, I realized I didn’t apply my coupon. I attempted to cancel the order so I could reorder with the coupon. I tried numerous times to reach this location by phone to actually talk to someone about either making an adjustment with the coupon or canceling the original order and placing a new order with the coupon; however, the only line that worked was to reach their answering service that could take orders. The person answering that line said I would have to talk to a person in the store to take care of this, but I found that impossible. I contacted Dominos customer support, but the person who reached out to me from the North Ridgeville location kept giving me the run around and claimed they would make things right but never followed through. Their pizza is decent but their customer service sucks.
