Great little place off the main road through Gunnison Colorado. Gets busy at dinner and it’s definitely worth it. Also though a good place to come for lunch as well. The food is well prepared and the staff are very friendly. Overall a good place to stop and have a nice bite to eat. Would recommend the egg foo young. Takes some time for them to prepare but worth the wait.

What a wonderful little “hole-in-the-wall” type place. The service was so good and extremely nice. Food was delivered in quick fashion. Gave us way more food than we need, full plate of the general Tsao’s I ordered. The family deal was really good. They gave us all four of the appetizers, each of us a soup, rice, and our main entree. Which again, the entree is ginormous! Overall, a great experience. We’ve been on the road traveling for a bit and this was the perfect place for a pick-me-up. Highly recommend checking them out. The price was really good as well! Thank you for such a nice experience and a delicious meal!

All over it was fine, the server was nice and engaging us with stories of China and food there. I ordered walnut shrimp entree and I hated it. It was sugar lathered and I hate sweet food for lunch. I end up throwing it at last. I should have asked but I never thought a entree will be sweet. Other people in my group ordered tofu fry, Mongolian noodles and all those were okay. I might like it but my experience was not so good.

I wait everytime for the egg fou young it is so delicious. Though it takes longer to prepare I think the wait is worth eveytime. I’ve had some of the other items on the menu and it’s all very good!!!

Very good. Kinda hidden but it’s on the main road through Gunnison CO. Food is great. Husband got the General Taos spicy, and I got the Happy Family.

The owner made us food after it closed because of a motel reservation mishap. He made sure we had food and was extremely generous. Support the local businesses while on vacation because you wouldn’t get that with a chain business.

85°out and it was HOT in the restaurant. Next bad sign was when they set table with plastic cutlery. You have to specify you want your meal on a plate, otherwise you’re served in styrofoam & cardboard take out containers. Expecting sea scallops, I was served a very few bay scallops in my entrée. My dining patner’s shrimp were microscopic and extremely heavily battered. They were more like fish flavored fritters. It’s sad that the only Chinese restaurant in Gunnison now is not a decent one.

Paid $47 for chicken and mushroom and orange chicken chicken and mushroom was OK. Orange chicken has been cooked at least three times the rice is so bland you can’t taste taste taste it and the place is a dump. I would not eat here again.

Best sesame chicken I’ve ever had. Ignore all the review complaining about the takeout containers, they prefer presentation to actual good food.

Not worth the price. The sesame chicken was really old and dried out. Could hardly chew it. The pineapple chicken was like soup with sour chicken. Got 5 different dishes, only one had a good amount of veggies.
