I pre-ordered my food so I wouldn’t have to wait. 1250 pm order made, pick up time was supposed to be 122pm. 10 people walks in after I do and all got service. When I finally get help. The manager jumps over my order to help a guy that came in way later. Finally at 144pm I get my order. Then the manager says my order didn’t come with a drink which is clearly printed on receipt. I will not go back.

Should be able to leave a 0 star review. They served all people of color, but refused to serve my daughter and her friends, I’m guessing because they were all white. They stood there for 30 minutes, a man of color walked in behind them and they took his order. This is disgusting behavior. Absolutely atrocious behavior. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life. I will be contacting corporate and will expect footage to be pulled.

You cannot beat Popeyes chicken…. But, you can beat the service and attitude. I’ve been to 2/3 locations in Lake Charles. At both locations the service was horrible. The employees seemed to be angry that I was even there. The food isn’t worth the hour long wait and the side order of attitude. Save yourself some time and go to chick-fil-a.

We got chicken rice apple pie and drinks. It was really good. Waiting in line for more than 20 minutes today. 3-26-2023 at 3:30. Lots of cares left to tired of waiting. Could have made more money. Take care of customers.
