Wife and I went here for supper on a Sunday and spent including tip $71 drinking water. Price wise sushi is comparative to a lot of higher end restaurants in the area but there is cheaper and there are not a lot of ramen places you can really compare it too. The place was dead and it had a funky smell in it maybe because the pond was drained. My wife had the Maki while I ate the nigiri. She really enjoyed hers mine was fine I have had better but it was not bad. For mains I had tonkatsu ramen and she had chicken katsu ramen. I did warn her that it does not make sense to have fried chicken in ramen as it will get soggy, sure enough it did which is her own fault I do not blame the restaurant for. However, the chicken was also “woody” which made it pretty much inedible. The noodles were pretty good for both bowls. The dashi was lacking flavor. Both bowls were luke warm at best not hot at all the pork in mine was also a little rubbery. Almost like they reheated it. For the price I was not impressed I may try it again on a busier night when I could have a fresher bowl of ramen.

Decent sushi, but was bummed that I could taste Tempura in one of my rolls and it wasn’t advertised (tempura really messes w my gut). Also, I couldn’t tell which roll was which, since they were all packed in the same to go container. I feel like I chose poor options and that this place could be great with some luck ordering. Cool atmosphere too

This. Place. Is. Incredible. The inside has a huge, beautiful fountain pond with running water I will take a picture of next time. Incredibly clean. I don’t typically write reviews, but this place has the best fried gyoza I’ve ever had, at regular market price ($7). The popcorn chicken is out of this world, so juicy. Pictures don’t really do it justice. The owner was really friendly and they gave us a complimentary keychain as first time customers. Definitely planning on seeing that chicken again soon.

Came here for dinner with my friend, we had the vegetable tempura and got 2 sushi rolls each. The veggie tempura was cooked perfectly the outside was crispy and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. The sushi rolls were delicious and extremely fresh. Atmosphere was warm and inviting and since my best friend lives down the street we will definitely be new regulars!

I come here more often than I should… the food is clean and SO yummy but The staff makes it even better. They treat you like family and make sure you are always taken care of. I highly recommend the vegetable tempora… fresh veggies coated with the perfect amount of crisp. The sushi is made to order right in front of you and always has the freshest ingredients. Don’t think twice about coming here you won’t regret it!!!

So let’s get right to the point…the food here is bomb there is no doubt about it. And why else do we go to restaurants if not for the food? Wellp the vibe has to be there too. Unfortunately that is where they lost a star. We walked in and we could hear a pin drop. No music. No nothing. We eventually ended up playing music on our phones softly because the silence was such a buzzkill. Don’t let that deter you from going because this was simply some of the best ramen I have had in a while. We could have just come on an off day but I hope they will read this review and use it as constructive criticism.
