Food is never right. Tea is extremely watered down. Food piled on top of my Mexican pizza and needing a fork to eat it. Nacho chips are stale. Burnt chicken in the new crispy chicken taco. Guess that is a whole new meaning to crispy. Puts KFC to shame for extra crispy chicken. Food is not made with care at all and employees just seem rude like they can’t be bothered with issues. I guess I’ll have to go into Belmont to get quality Taco Bell.

I remember being excited about them opening up now I can care less. Ordered quesadilla meals .(pictures for reference) and when I opened it I was almost convinced that ray charles was the one who cut them because whoever made it clearly couldn’t see what the hell they were doing. Not to mention it was sloppy and the cheese wasn’t all the way melted. The food wasn’t hot.not even up to par. The tacos tasted like the meat was from lunch (which I wouldn’t be surprised if it was) the sweet tea was disgusting when I asked for a substitute the girl working the window gave me a dirty look for even asking. I thought for sure this location would be 5 stars but not even close.

I have been to this store probably 5 times and without fail they mess up or completely forget items every single time. The employees are rude and seem high out of their minds. I went tonight and paid at the window and sat waiting for my food and they literally asked me why I was there I’m like yall haven’t even gave me my food. They tried to give me the wrong order and when I did get my food half was missing or completely crushed and dumped into the bag. Absolutely insane. Ordered 3 fries and they literally dumped an empty box with no fries. Also the amount of nacho cheese they give is ridiculous especially when it’s $1 a cup. It’s a new location and I can tell that employee turn-over is making streamlining difficult. But the food has been tasty and well prepared. The employees have always been friendly and courteous. I do think however that Taco Bell needs to put more effort into making their locations more efficient & practical, instead of pigeonholing the same floor plan into every location.

This location’s service and quality are consistently terrible. I stopped by yesterday to try out one of the new menu items and after taking my order they turned around and told me they were out of the shells needed to make the order. So either y’all failed to properly stock the store to meet demand – mind you the new item was just released two days ago – or your staff was just too lazy to make the requested item and lied about their availability. Regardless, you are better off going to the Belmont location – was able to get what I wanted there, no problem.

Family member worked there, and I heard all the unnecessary abuse of their employees endured with things, such as insufficiently staffed, lack of systematic breaks, as well as holding pay checks for no reason than no one took responsibility for the employees. Very disrespectful.

I was disappointed in the store that day. 1. I was unable to get the item that I went there for. The new Grilled Chesw Dippin Taco! Why you ask? Because they were out of the lids for the dipping sauces. 2. I reluctantly ordered a combo and AFTER I placed the order she goes ” Oh we are out of large cup will a medium be ok!?! What choice did I have??? Why wouldn’t they let me order the thing I wanted because they were out of lids? But they let me order something else and the go we don’t have what comes with that order but they told me that after I ordered. This is a fairly new store and already it is below average!

When I need real Mexican I cruise right over to my spot in mount Holly to fix me up just right. I pull up, hop out and order my big beefy combo with that fire sauce. The food is just how I picture it in Mexico and the store clean like the waters from the Fuji mountains. The staff takes my order with the quickness and accuracy. Highly recommend

This location has tanked fast. Placing an online order is wasted effort. I placed my order 20 minutes before I arrived. They cleared the drive thru line twice and the lobby, even people that arrived after me, before they would start making my order. Staff is very rude as well. One employee told me they would get to my order when they get to it and told me to get over it. The worst attitude I’ve ever experienced at a Taco Bell. On 2 previous visits, breakfast was also 20-30 minutes wait even when I was the only customer. I will not be back.

I went to get lunch through the drive thru and was told before i even could order that they were only taking small orders? What does that mean. Was told i could only order single itema not a lot of items. When I called to talk to manager same girl at drive thru saud she was the manager.. . .i asked for corporate number, she hung up on me. There was no one in restaurant andno one else in drive thru.
