Understaffed to the point that customer service becomes terrible. The rate of food from order to retrieving it is far too long and the food taste had better days. I went inside and was trying to order but the worker didn’t notice me at the counter. They locked the doors to keep people from entering at their busiest time licking me in when I just wanted to leave to get food from another restaurant. I tried getting a workers attention to unlock the door so that I can leave for a 15 minutes.

Went up there and bought a 16 piece chicken tenders. Had to wait 10 minutes because they didn’t have any ready. When they finally brought it out to us they had shorted us 4 tenders so went back and got the rest of our order. They werent apologetic at all…just closed the window on us and walked away.

Great place to pick up a bucket of chicken dine in or carry out. Fast service and love the chicken with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. Staff is friendly and courteous. Little pricey now days is the biggest draw back.

We keep trying this kfc every few months, hoping it is good again, but it hasn’t been good for 8-10 years! Last time we went the place was at least clean, but the chicken was still over-cooked, turned to jerky-like tough! I don’t understand how KFC can let this go on!
