If I could review 0 stars I would. I talked myself into trying this location 1 more time after having already been refunded more than once for previous orders. I should’ve gone to McDonald’s!!! I ordered the chicken sandwich meal with onion rings. Paid and was handed my food. I glanced in the bag and noticed there were fries. I told them and within 30 secs was handed an order or onion rings. Drove home (less than 3 mins) the onion rings were so hard they weren’t edible and the sandwich had so much sauce on it it was disgusting!! I called the location and asked to speak to the manager. Manager Crystal is who took my call. I started to explain the issue…this woman had nerve to say she had fresh onion rings in the fryer, and that she should’ve given me some from the fresh batch…I asked her why did you do that? Why would you not just ask me to wait for the fresh ones?? Her resolution was that she would put my name “on the list” of people who are due a refund. This is the absolute worst burgerking I have ever eaten at!!!!! Stay away.
