Great Iced coffee. Free donut day. Even though I picked the donut that wasn’t one of the free ones, the manager let me have it anyway. Parking lot has to be enlarged, but I realize this is a tight corner spot on Fenner and Valley. I didn’t order ahead but service was fast.

Horrible customer service. The girl that was there today at 9:26 a.m. had a very nasty attitude, and made me instantly regret my $46 order. No eye contact, no recognition of customers being there waiting for a while. To make it even worst, I still said thank you before leaving and got nothing. It’s not the product that brings customers, it’s the service. Never going back to this one.

Hit or miss. Some days are good but other days it’s questionable. My coffee tasted like water and a splash of coffee. I ordered through the mobile app and went couple minutes later and it wasn’t ready which is understandable for sure if they’re crowded with orders but when I went it was empty. I finally got my order after waiting but I didn’t get what I had ordered and had to leave because I was starting to run late for work.

Horrible. Order curbside sitting outside 15 min. I called couple time no answer. I walk in the young lady working had her AirPods on when I walked in , no customers were there, said she said she didn’t hear the phone and didn’t bother looking what it was , no apologies , just a simple take your stuff even tho all the food is cold already and the coffee smh unprofessional
