Just ordered food on Door Dash and they tried to substitute an $11 Chicken Sandwich Combo for 2 Chicken Littles which are several dollars cheaper, the night manager refused to talk to the Dasher and their line is off the hook so they can’t take any then they said to get a refund I’d have to come up in person which if I was able to do that I wouldn’t use Door Dash to start with! I don’t know who the night manager is but I will be talking to the GM, whom I know about this tomorrow. When you don’t have something, which happens to give the consumer something a step above and call it a day. I can’t tell you how many free meals I gave out when I was an Operations Manager because I was out of something. I’d actually talk to my customers and I didn’t hold people’s money hostage.

I will never come here again I got a Spicy chicken and two chicken little sandwiches I ask for light sauce on the spicy sandwich is light mayonnaise on the chicken Littles. It was so much spicy sauce all over the top of the bun bottom of the mud everywhere I couldn’t even open it without the sauce falling out on my chicken Littles. The mayonnaise is so bad that it covered my whole top button and whole top, bun I don’t know how they even thought that would be nice to even give a customer something like that let alone give them what they didn’t ask for. I will never come back here again.

This is the most disgusting KFC I’ve ever eaten in my life. My family and I have eaten here a handful of times and each time I go it gets worse and worse. We ordered a delivery today, the chicken had a rubbery texture, was not crispy. Mashed potatoes were bland. I will never eat at kfc ever again. I’ll take my money to Popeyes

I give one star because the lady’s working tonight were nice. But this is the second time i have asked for crispy breast and received all original. The skin was falling off and there was alot of grease. But to top it all off i got a mashed potatoes and it had barely any in it maybe a qtr filled. Worst trip to KFC by far.

Wow. I didnt get my drink. I never buy out. Its expensive. You can smell cooked chicken in the air. I love KFC biscuits. I ordered an extra. The biscuits weren’t cooked. Taste like dough. Couldnt eat them. Call the manager. She hung up on me. Got home to find the corn dead, the chicken wasnt any good. Do t go to this KFC

Not sure how this place has 3 stars they never have crispy Chicken, and can’t ever seem to get an order right. I ordered 64 dollars worth of food, I had it picked up and when it got back to me I was missing a bucket of chicken, 2 8 pcs tenders and the sides…… I ordered extra crispy chicken and got original, the chicken was greasy and nasty, I think it was old. When I called to talk to the manager he had an Idc attitude, and told me to call the website since that is what I ordered from, there’s nothing he could do about. The worst experience I’ve ever had!!!!!!!
