Food is always great, if you happen to get what was ordered or don’t starve to death before you get your food. Nice having a burger place on this side of Auburn but they NEVER have gotten our order right at the drive thru. Constantly getting the wrong items or missing things that we paid for. Tonight we ordered 4 meals and got 4 bags but when we checked missing a chicken nugget , a fry and the extra patty on one of the burgers. Previous visits have similar results on top of sitting there in the drive thru for up to 30 minutes.

I have some chili 2 days ago and it didn’t taste good and then I had chili again today and it was all watered down and it was real thin I put in five crackers and it still didn’t soak up all the juice I usually brag about their chili and having as many people I know to get it but this time it definitely has something to really work for because I’m not going to get chilly ever again probably now the frosties are fantastic you must get one of those

This morning I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and they got one of the items wrong. I was also not given a receipt, which has happened several times now. I ordered the bacon egg swiss sandwich and they gave me the sausage version, which means I got charged a bit more for something I didn’t want (I’m not a fan of Wendy’s sausage breakfast items). I took it back, they fixed it, but did not refund me the difference or do anything to compensate that I had to drive back (when gas is expensive) to then leave with a smaller sandwich while still having been charged for the slightly more expensive one. That is not good customer service.

When this location first opened, I would have given it 10 stars: friendly service, orders were always correct and fast. But in the last few months, something has drastically changed. The attitude of the workers is not necessarily bad, but no longer friendly. I have received at least 5 incorrect orders (missing items, burgers missing bacon, etc) and on the two times I have been close enough to go back for correction I have not even gotten so much as an apology–on one occasion I was even treated with thinly veiled suspicion! When the food is correct, it is still better than most fast food available. The app is pretty good and I use it every time. But I always check my order before I leave now.
