In the summer months, I always look to have a nice refreshing lemonade, and Pucker’s is definitely the place to get it while visiting Asbury Park. Just one sip, and you know you are getting fresh squeezed lemonade that has the right amount of sweet to tart ratio. The place is small and hardly noticeable on the boardwalk unless you are using the restrooms that are directly behind them. They also serve fries (several sizes) and fried oreos, but I haven’t had the chance to try them yet as I always go for the lemonade. The staff is friendly and quick with the orders, so no complaints about the service. I noticed some reviews stated that the price of the lemonade is a tad high at $6 each or $7 if you get a flavored lemonade, but I think it is pretty reasonable. I definitely recommend and most certainly stop by again the next time I am in the area.

Ok maybe I should have taken a picture of the fries to show how awful they were. They were so over greased that you could see through them. None of them were crispy. Way overpriced for terrible quality.

Disappointing outing. Paid $22 for $2 worth of potatoes shards that I can’t even call them French fries. They were more like home fries that little birds can fit in their mouth. Specs of potatoes. It’s like they were put through a shredder before being fried. Definitely not fries fit for humans. Bring a fork if that’s how it’s gonna be from now on. I miss the good ole days of actual sticks of potatoes…. Please improve, I would be sad if I came back and it’s still the same. My bad I should have told the staff while I was on site, but then again if you specialize in ONE menu item, you should be a pro at it by now.

The lemonade is great and I am a fine connoisseur of fresh squeezed lemonade. These guys do it right. Fresh lemon plus lemon press plus icewater plus ice plus sugar equals lemonade. They get it.

The lemonade was extremely overpriced and not worth it. They put so much sugar in it and it was awful. So much you could feel the sugar on your tounge while drinking.

I passed by the location a couple times yesterday. The fries with different flavors intrigued me. As I was leaving the beach I purchased the fries with the curry lime sauce. I should have read the menu board better, but maybe it’s just the chef in me, but my expectations were that I was going to receive the fries tossed and coated in my choice of seasoning. In stead it was plain fries with a cold souffle cup of sauce..My personal opinion is that you would do a great service to you’re customers by implementing the technique of tossing the hot fries in a bowl with appropriate seasoning. Just a suggestion.

Came by tonight around 6:30 and the two people working the counter were exceptional and helpful. I think the guy was new but had a great attitude! Keep up the great work!
