I work in a cafe. We wear hair nets . Manger on duty wore slippers and although her hair was pulled back there were no hair bets nor hats to keep loose hair from falling into the foods. Young man at the register had no hat or hair net. The front of the restaurant was kept clean. But taking a look when I was exiting to the floor of the kitchen and Frontline the floors were filthy. The plexiglass by the ice machine was disgusting. In the past I always enjoyed going to Tim Hortons but lately I prefer not to go there.

Haven’t been to a Tim Hortons in many months and stopped at this location on my way to work. Placed a mobile order and the lines moved relatively fast. The associate at the window was extremely friendly and was cracking multiple jokes at the window. I didn’t catch his name but this is the second time I’ve encountered his great service!

WAKE UP CORPORATE!! FIX THIS LOCATION!!! Disgusting…can’t eat this wilted, slimy, burnt, pile of mayonnaise. Messed up my coffee as well. EVERY time I come to THIS location, is always something…usually attitude & rudeness. Today was just grossly lazy, with a smile.

I came through the drive thru around 3pm for the second time today and I’m sorry I did not catch the guy at the windows name either time. Same guy though.
