We had heard it was expensive but for what you get we felt it was priced just as other places. The staff were very friendly and greeted us as we came in. The sandwiches were prepared quickly. The food was very good. For what we paid we felt we got a very good value for money. The restaurant was very clean. We really liked it.

Every time I order a ham salad I get things I requested to be off of it or things missing. This time I received this… no cucumbers and all the meat and cheeses not cut. Uhhhh seriously? Normally no big deal but each time it’s something.

I recommended this place because my first experience there was good. My last visit the food wasn’t fit to eat. $20 in the garbage. This is the problem with franchises. Absentee owners who only care about the bottom line. Do better!!

Love their food but this location has Terrible customer service. Ordered online. Waited at least 10 minutes at the “rapid rescue” without even being acknowledged. When I went to the register to inquire, after much checking, the order was located and it was”next”. So ordering online was a waste as I waited at the store 15 -20 minutes for the 2 subs.

Ordered my food after being indecisive. The cashier jack didn’t mind. It was my first time here. My sub had no lettuce or tomato. The manager cami notice i was looking at my sub weird. She then decided to give me a free sub after i told her it was fine. When you don’t have to ask and they just comp your food for you then you know the management is fantastic. Not to mention she sent me home with the sub and offered to give me lettuce and tomato for the sub that was missing it to begin with.

Worst experience ever I waited over 45 minutes for two steak and cheese subs. The manager was so rude he would not give me my refund he was yelling at me. The manager should not be a manager.
