Food was terrible tonight. I was the kid making my order..he almost dropped the chicken quesadilla to the floor and he just acted nothing happened. He just put in the package crumbled. Never have I tasted it so bad..the taste was off. Ordered bean burrito with extra red sauce and he didn’t make it right and he just rolled it up and stuff already leaked it out in the bag and tortilla was hard. Taco shell was stale,not crunchy taco. I would never go back there again. I even tried to call them twice and no answer.

Only complaint is for the packaging. Can use large food identification stickers to identify what is inside. Us Seniors have a difficult time trying to hand out Burritos without having to open the yummy, gooey concoctions, Taco Bell has always been famous for. Getting stuff everywhere cuz most of us have Shakey issues. So, if you can put a sticker on the Burrito that would be so nice.

I came into the store and stood at the front counter for a few minutes while all of the employees looked at me like I was doing something wrong.. after about 3 minutes of waiting this employee asks me if I had ordered yet. He had to have seen the $20 bill I was waving around as he was speaking to me, but I guess not.. he tells me I have to go and order at the koisk… so I turn around and order at the koisk, and I’m paying cash so I had to go back up to the front counter anyways and be cashed out.. the whole experience was just awkward and didn’t make sense to me.

the line took 30+ minutes. i asked for supreme tacos, they did not make them supreme. they barley filled my tacos or my potato bowl. there was more shell than meat and more cheese than meat. overall horrible experience. and my food was cold.

All horrible. I get to the window he didn’t notify me they had no ice. Food was cold. I mean cold. I went at 1015 on my 1st break. I work 3rds. I opened my soft taco and there was like orange sauce all over the soft taco shell. It was absolutely disgusting. It was not warm. I asked for mild and hot sauce. Didn’t get one. My coke was warm. And it tasted very old. The man working was just overwhelmed. It was awful. I was so so so hungry too. I only had 30 min for my break and taco bell was 6 min away. So about 15 min to and from with the lights and all from my work.

I ordered on the app and it said received. We get there no one is at the drive, pull around to the front, and read a sign that says closing early. Fine whatever, but 1. maybe put on the sign what time u r closing so no one is confused by all the employees still being in the store. 2. don’t say my order is received when it’s not and you don’t plan on making it.
