I never had issues with this Dunkin. But today was awful. To start, no one greeted me or my boyfriend,which is fine, we used to work in a doughnut shop and know it can be busy. We then ordered doughnuts and drinks through the kiosk. We struggled to get a discount applied from the app and we there for a while with no one offering to help, just a single girl mopping the floor behind us making off handed comments about us taking too long. Once we got it, the girl who was mopping stopped and got us our doughnuts only to toss us our bag of doughnuts on the counter. Our doughnuts weren’t even what we ordered. But it was fine, it was close enough. Then they gave me my coffee, and I ordered a medium ice latte. My coffee was essentially just milk and sugar, no espresso. My boyfriend tried to ask them to fix it, only to be charged for another one. This crew is awful, and management really needs to reevaluate who they hired and how they treat customers.

This place is disgusting and has no standards first of all when you work in the food business you do not come to work with a shirt full of cat hair, and then proceeded to cook peoples food that is disgusting and unsanitary, and there should be a citation put against this Dunkin’ Donuts. I am currently trying to get in touch with the owner, so they know what’s going on yesterday the woman that makes the food had a shirt that was filled with white cat hair and I was there around 6 PM at night which means she worked all day making peoples food with all this disgusting hair and her shirt

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. Once leaving the drive-through and getting home to find out my food is burnt to the point that it’s not edible. This last time I call the store. They tell me to come tomorrow and they will make it right. I get there the following day and the people working have no idea what I’m talking about.

My fiancé and I go here often and we actually haven’t experienced many issues at this location. The staff is usually pretty friendly, but notably the management has been great and helpful. If anything sometimes the coffee isn’t consistent (like too much creamer or not enough). But other than that they’ve been great.
