Very happy they put a chipotle in the food court of The Shops at Mission Viejo or as some people call it, the Mission Viejo Mall. The food court has really good options with Blaze Pizza and Smash Burger also two of my favorite quick places but Chipotle always wins out because it tastes so healthy, the guac is so good, and it’s priced just right.

I had an AMAZING experience at this particular chipotle location. When I came in I was just expecting regular old chipotle but boy was I wrong. The nice young man Jackson who was working provided excellent customer service, even going as far as helping me figure out how to use those darn tap to pay card reading systems! I wasn’t sure what to get so I asked for his expertise to help me choose. Given that he works at chipotle he knew the best combinations of food to create the most delicious and affordable bowl I’ve ever had in my entire life. The food was absolutely delicious and truly satisfied my appetite after working hard in school for that morning. I made sure to leave him a tip and if management is reading this give that man a raise! Jackson is the type of hard worker that we need more of, everywhere.

I gave up chipotle for a few years after their e.coli scare and I’m finally back on the bandwagon again. I mean the fast casual food they have is just so good. You get a very large portion for not a very large amount of money compared to other places. Rice with double steak, add guac, cheese, and some other fresh veggies and you have yourself one hell of a lunch

Amazing chipotle. If I can’t mix my rice bowl without spilling it then it’s not a chipotle. Great portions and I’d swear the ingredients here are more fresh than others I’ve been to. Maybe that’s because of the volume of people through this one.

This chipotle is the worst! Their food is never fresh and no cooks there, management, staff unfriendly… The cooks go home early and the crew warms up the pre made food when they ran out… I never eat there but unfortunately I have to get it for my kids because they like chipotle in general..

I dont normally eat at chipotles, but this specific location has made me steer far away. None of the food tasted good like it was old and it was underseasoned and all around horrible for the price. Topped off with the horrible customer service “asking for a spoon made me feel like a criminal”. And flat soda makes me stick with the news that thid place is bad news.

The steak and the carnitas were just complete chunks of fat. Also, it didn’t taste fresh. I know its a food court but you think that they would have the same standards as a normal place. And they forgot our queso sauce which we paid for.

I’ve eaten at many Chipotle locations, and I would say that, whoever seasons their chicken here, does it similarly to the locations in Texas and Louisiana. I find that it’s more heavily seasoned (in a good way to suits my palate), than other locations on the western side of the U.S. Service was efficient and friendly.
