ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I don’t understand why so many people eat here. This is my second and last time. I ordered two burritos and tacos and they were thrown together like garbage. Sour cream on one end and salsa on the other-the foil was crushed and half open. The taste was awful. The people making the food were working extremely hard but there is no excuse for putting out food that looks like it’s already been in the trash. Each bite was worse than the next. This chipotle is very busy and just ugh I don’t get it. There is absolutely nothing appealing about the literal slop they are serving.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. First of all, the woman got my order wrong. Then when she got it wrong, she gave me a eye roll. She didn’t even ask me if I was done with my order, she just closed it assuming I was finished.

My kids meal only online order was not fulfilled for 20 mins beyond scheduled pick up time. When I asked why they were slow with my order, I even got a job offer to help them out. Ofcourse when I did pick up my order, turned out the quesadilla was cold already. Bunch of lippy employees without the actual capacity to do their job.

Props to the young lady who packed my bowl so fat she had to put extra work in to get it closed. 5/18, came in around 920pm. Staff overall was excellent, very kind even with the store being busy close to their closing time. I’m confused about the reviews claiming they got less food. You can simply ask for extras, with no charge except for protein. If you only order rice, beans, and protein, you will get a scoop of each. Your bowl won’t be filled just because you got fewer ingredients.

I have always eaten at Chipotle, I was in a crunch at work and ordered for pickup. The taste was fine until the next day I was vomiting and had terrible nausea and stomach pain the entire next day. I couldn’t even keep water down. DO NOT order the new Al pastor chicken. It was my first and last time trying it.
