I love pizza hut for their stuffed crust pizza. It’ll cost extra but it’s delicious. Today I ordered a stuffed crust with pepperoni, tomatoes, and peppercinis… Every single peppercini was burnt to a crisp. Basically inedible. I’m so disappointed, I was really looking forward to this pizza and it cost me $41 (including tip) just for me to have to pick off the burnt peppercinis? There’s no way someone could’ve taken it out if the oven and thought, ‘oh, this looks awesome!’ I’d advise don’t waste your money.

Placed an order online. Website said order would be ready at 1025 pm. Also said this location was open until 11. Arrived at 1015 and it was closed. My order was still processed and my card was still charged even though I called in to make sure it was canceled. Checked this morning to see if the charge was reversed or if I received an email about the cancelation, and nothing. Still have a charge on my account for something I never received and no information about anything being canceled like I was informed it already was.

The quality seems to have fallen, the sauce taste is sweeter than before, not enough cheese to please. I won’t be returning, everyone has an off day or night, but when your business thrive on consistency management & owners need to pay close attention to why their business is failing and falling.

Piping hit Personal pan pizza like 1980s from Pizza Hut incredible yummy pizza. Pizza Huts Meatballs are some of the best. Reasonable price $$. Plus the lady at the carryout counter was courteous kind care compassion. Speed of order to picking up n go was great.

Don’t get me wrong…pizza is always but today I decided to try delivery…no bueno the delivery driver was absolutely rude speaking to my mother and with an attitude left the drink on the ground…got in his red vehicle and drove off as if she insulted him…Food: 5 ⭐️ Driver: -10 I’ll just pick up my orders verses deal with unprofessional toxic masculine entitled stuck up rude men who think speaking to women rudely is ok…definitely needs an performance evaluation with some feedback ASAP

Ordered on line and needed to add to the order after placement. Called the phone number listed and followed the prompt for existing orders and no one answered after holding for 29 minutes so I called back and pressed 1 for new orders and someone answered but was told I had be transferred to a different number and someone would help me and again after holding for 35 minutes no one answered the phone. I tried third time and no answer. It is quite obvious that no one cares about the customer if they just ignore the phone and don’t answer the call. I wanted to add something to the order. Wasn’t able to get it because they didn’t answer the phone. So frustrating.

My pizza was fine, but my delivery experience was horrible. I’ve never experienced anything like this. First, I requested contactless & my driver was waiting at my door with a pen & the receipt. I gave a 20% tip when ordering online so just signed for amount on the receipt. The driver threw a fit, cursed me, and angrily muttered while stomping back to car. When I asked him if he gets his tip he shooed me away & sped off. Not only was this uncomfortable but it was very disrespectful.

Poor, poor, poor! The wings we ordered were horrible and it was to be the original buffalo wings. We had to pay for the sauce wow! How to screw up buffalo wings people? The pan pizza we ordered and mind you it was a special order to add extra sauce and cheese none whatsoever. The pizza had no extra sauce it was dry as cardboard. No extra cheese the pizza was horrible. Pizza Hut has lost our business again. Be careful people they will take your money and never deliver the pizza you order meaning the extra topping you pay for which they skimp heavily on. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION THEY DO THIS ALL THE TIME!! WE ARE DONE!!!

Fast service and friendly staff! I placed a pickup online order via the Pizza Hut mobile app. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a very helpful staff. There were chairs for waiting but I didn’t have to use them. I quickly went in and got my order all within 10 minutes. Definitely a well managed pizza chain!
