I hadn’t eaten at Hardee’s for quite some time and thought I’d like to try it out. I was totally not impressed. The burger looked burnt and piled with too much mayonnaise and the fries looked reheated and were cold. The only good thing was the strawberry shake. I will say, these fast food places as well as some of the retail stores need to be better with staffing and paying qualified employees. There was one cook and one guy handling the window and the front counter. What? This is a growing trend I see. These issues can make or break well-known places.

Save your money!!! The food they serve is not worth feeding to a dog! Used to be a good to eat, but not any more. They have like 1 maybe 2 cars in the parking lot about 2 in the afternoon! They always make you pull up to wait for your order. Then they usually don’t bring your order to you. You have to get out of your car to walk in to get your order!!!

Only ever used the drive-thru but I’ve never had them get my order exactly right even though my orders are not complicated in the least. Not sure what the issue is but at least one, sometimes more, element of my order is wrong whether it’s getting one sandwich completely wrong or not putting napkins or straws in with the order. On top of that we had to wait for a wrong order to be delivered to us while we waited with a fussing baby in the car. Not the place to get food if you’re in a rush. Definitely check your order before leaving the drive-thru and you have to ask for extra napkins to get more than 2.

Food was not fresh, it was cold and the taste was horrible. The meat was cooked and left out the edges was so hard. My son and I both took a bite and it was a no go. Fries – hard as a rock!!!
