Went through the drive through. To be told to wait to order. There was one car ahead and only one couple in the restaurant. Could only see the employees talking to each other. 10 min later our order is in. We wait at the window for 15 min. They tell us to pull ahead it will be only 8 more min. There was only one other car behind us at this point. We pull in the parking spots they asked us to. Wait another 15 min. My husband goes in to get the food. Another 10 minutes go by and he’s walking out. NONE of the food was edible. It was sitting in the window the whole time. My kids ate their under cooked fries and I found the hockey puck grilled cheese on my car floor. My nachos weren’t even edible. Soggy mess. Like they dumped water at the bottom because there was legit water at the bottom. We were on a round trip so I called and asked for a refund to be told we have to be in store for it and there’s nothing they can do. We are not from the area and probably the only time we will ever pass through the town again.

Just went through drive and ordered a steak finger basket. Got back to work, opened it and it’s chicken strips. 3rd time this has happened. 3rd time. Seems not a single restaurant in this town knows how to train employees because this is not the only sh!t show I’ve seen. Wasn’t even busy inside nor was the drive through.

Great food but customer service and sense of urgency was very poor. The associate taking orders at the counter (7/1/2023, 13:22) paid more attention to conversations with their coworker at the drive through than taking care of the customers. The associate at the driver through was able to take care of three vehicles before the counter associate completed a dipped cone order.

Ice cream cone was chocolate coated like it should be! The ice cream was super cold so it stayed together until I finished it. The coke was a perfect mix. Nice and fizzy! Lady at the window was a pleasant happy to serve you face!

Food was good but the place was not. Went to the restroom just to wash my hands and there was over 20 flies and it smelled bad in there. While eating my food I had over 5 flies standing on the table trying to land on my food. To top it off it was hot in there, about 80° inside!

We waited 40 minutes for our order and it was done wrong. I ordered chicken strips and got steak strips etc. Very disappointed. There were 4 of us and we spent almost 50$ on food that wasn’t very good

This has nothing to do with the staff or the local Management. This is on the ownership. The AC works very poorly and it has been that way for over a year. It was 87 degrees today and it was 84 degrees in the dining area. I couldn’t imagine how the cooks were feeling in the back. It was so hot, our ice cream immediately started melting when we received them. It was very unpleasant to dine in and I could only imagine what it is like to work an 8 hour shift in those conditions.
