I got an undercooked hot dog (brown outside ring, pink center inside). I asked for my money back & eventually got it but they said that they just warm their hotdogs. As I was leaving the manager came out yelling at my car telling me never to come back (other reviews reflect similar behavior). The kids were shocked, I was shocked and I’d recommend that this place actually start eating their own hot dogs.

They have public restrooms at the Kent location! Key needed for entry. The restrooms were excellently cleaned! Service was quick and food was hot and the staff was friendly!! Thank you A&W!!!! Continuously, happy customers!!!

Had Coney Dogs, onion rings and a root beer float. Coney sauce was tasteless onions on it were the tiny bits I don’t call onions. The onion rings were fantastic and the float was good but I think it was made with custard but very little but that’s ok since it wasn’t ice cream. The prices were great.

What was once our favorite summer spot is now no longer. Twice since they’ve returned this year, we have visited only to be met with overcooked fries and excuses as to why we cannot have the rootbeer in a glass mug.

Slowest food place you could ever go to considering it should be a fast food place. Employees were all huddled around the window just talking to a customer at the window for at least 15 minutes, so I just drove off like is there any sense of serving the customer or just talking to them? What a joke.
