Worst Chipotle ever. No ingredients ever even with a few hours till close. Place is filthy inside. Complained to corporate office and they could care less. I remember when Chipotle first came out it was such a special place.

Walking into Malibu, chipotle, the manager was Extremely rude, She constantly want to argue with me stating the kids meal quesadilla only came with two sides, I asked for kids quesadilla with cheese in the beginning, when you get cheese you can ask for guacamole as one of your three sides. I ask for her name she said she didn’t have to give me her name, Which I had never heard of. I asked for a little more rice, she basically didn’t give it to me. Horrible attitude I was just trying to get some lunch and enjoy my day. I will be following up with corporate on Monday.

Horrible! We eat at Chipotle a lot on east coast. This Chipotle in a high end beach town, Malibu. Horrible. Out of hard tacos!! Out of white rice! Out of grilled veggies. Super stingy on toppings. Staff rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there and we were putting them out. At least 6 people working there but super slow and sloppy. Place was so dirty. Certainly gives your chain a bad name. Checked other reviews and looks like lots of similar comments about this location. Unacceptable and very disappointing!!

This place in Malibu is unbelievable filthy. I’ve been there four times. Each time all the tables were dirty. The trash cans were full with trash overspilling. The bathrooms were super nasty and leaking water from the ceiling etc.etc. I’m not going back to that place. Plus employees were very rude! NEW MANAGEMENT IS URGENT!!!!

The staff all seemed so unhappy. No one was smiling or even speaking to each other. They were so rude to the people in front of us who didn’t speak very good English. Their unpleasant attitudes were reflected in the food. Cold and not much flavor.

I don’t understand how this Chipotle is still open. The service is absolutely terrible, they run out of every ingredient, and it is disgusting inside. There were plastic containers INSIDE the sour cream and guacamole containers and nothing is clean. New management is needed so badly.

We took a take-away order, didn’t check it and it turned out that they didn’t put nachos at all, at that they ordered 4 pieces and didn’t even put cutlery. As a result the dinner on the beach was ruined, there was not even anything to eat.
