The tables were all dirty. Had to clean ours off. Meanwhile there was one girl employee keeping the others engaged in conversation while we waited along with others. Pathetic. I feel for management here. It is 5:48 on Thursday evening August 3, 2023. It’s very hot by the front counter also.

The wait here is absolutely ridiculous. If you have a hour of your time to devote to waiting in line then this may be the spot for you. Got in the line at 4:18pm with 2 cars in front. Ordered 2 cheeseburger meals and a blizzard. Got to the window at 4:42pm. Paid then was told to pull forward to wait for food. The car behind us got their food and went around. We backed up to the window and told the lady we were still waiting on our food. She said it should be coming up shortly. I’m not sure what her definition of shortly is. Two employees inside were eating and drinking, just standing around. She handed us the food bag and closed the window. So we waited again until she opened the window back up. She asked what else we had and we told her the Blizzard and a root beer. She grabbed an already made blizzard out of a freezer or fridge and handed it to us. Then fixed the root beer. We pulled out of dairy queen at 5:02pm. The blizzard was in liquid form when we got it, but who has another 40 plus minutes to wait?!?! From reading some of the other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue.

Several employees but seemed unable to serve customers. Drive through was wrapped around the building. Inside had 6 to 7 groups of people ALL waited an excessive amount of time to be served. Our ice cream orders were incorrect and several of the other orders inside seem to be incorrect. DQ employees seem to have a lack of motivation or concern for serving customers and making sure orders were correct. The restaurant was very and kept, there was a broom, leaning against a table in the dining area.

Horrible, no fries, onion rings, hot dogs. The rudest employees ever. Arguing with customers at the window, store filthy. Drink machine was nasty, and no large cups. Come on now, board of health really needs to pay a visit. Was made aware after paying for my order that they were out of food items and had a hard time getting my money back. And my burger was not good. -10 is how I would rate this place.

Only went for ice cream and it was ok. The blizzards were not mixed up. All of the cheesecake was on the top. Strawberries were on the side, nothing mixed up or blended. Wouldn’t hurt for the server to smile or even speak. Won’t be back to this one.

I stopped through the Drive Thru just to order some ice cream while traveling. I could here the lady taking my order hollering at other workers. I drove around to the window to realize it was the manager. She was very rude, hollering at the other employees about to hurry up and do things because she was ready to go home. I ordered a small Strawberry Sunday and barely got anything for what I paid.

Dairy Queen in Natchez never disappoints. My favorite is the breakfast country platter. I like that you can choose between grits or hashbrowns and biscuits or toast. It is made to order and always hot and delicious. The burgers and ice creams are really good too. The only issue there is that the drive-thru is always backed up because the food is so good there.

I hate to be being this rude in my review but we literally ordered our food and sat here for fricking 45 minutes. The service was not the best either. There was no one in the restaurant besides us and like 5 other people and it’s literally been taking forever. This is supposed to be FAST food. I totally do not recommend coming here.
